What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM.
How do I pay my rent?

Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal.
1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
What are your standard requirements?
- Credit and Criminal for all adults
- 620+ Credit Score
- 3X monthly rent in verifiable income
- 6 Month employment history
- No prior evictions
- No Smoking
The above are standards but each applicant can be looked at individually for potential override.

No. Residents will pay monthly for all utilities including water, trash and sewer.
